Extreme itching problems?

ok forgive my puncuation but im on mobile so i dont care. now i have an extreme itching problem that i want gone, the itching is on my scalp and ball sack. i want to start with the my testicle sack because it's bothered me for years and now its so bad that i cant even sleep at night because i feel the urge to scratch them with a fork every two seconds. the doctor first suggested it was jock itch so we tried every cream known to man and nothing worked at all! then they said scoriasis however you spell that lol and they gave more useless creams and antibiotics to me. the list goes on, the hospital ran out of options and sent me to a dermtoligist ad he scraped askin sample to see if thre was any fungal or bacterial growth nd there wasent so the derm gave up to an left me with some uselssme soap an goldbond powder which only calmed it down for a few minutes. right now im scatching them as they bleed. my scalp i the same, i dont have dandruff, lice,or scoriasis i got some t gell and dandruff shampoo but like the creams it only calms it for a short time. ive scratced my head so bad that my hair is comin out allot, i look bald! i cant stand living like this i need help wht can i do!!
