How do i make my butt and thighs appear smaller for cosplay?

i want to cosplsy with a minny skirt, but my butt and thighs might be to big. i know that there is a thing called a binder to make my chest smaller, is there anything like that for my butt? if there is, please tell me! i am not over wight, just my butt. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
