Where can i find a tye dye kit in the UK?

I was planning to dye my skirt for the festival theme at my college, but i was wondering, do they sell them at normal local craft shops or tesco/waitrose or any other large chain? or where can i find surgical spirit instead to do sharpie tye dye?
