Little Yellow Pimple Like Bump on Breast?

My girlfriend has like a little yellow pimple like bump on her left breast and she told me she had it since she was like 10, shes now 16. She says sometimes it pops and like yellow gell just comes out and if you squeeze it just keep coming out. She said it doesn't hurt, any ideas?? Im worried
