Convince my parents to let me get a buzzcut?

Hello I am kinda pissed.... I am 14 years old.. my mom is a haircutter she owns a salon and she cuts my hair and she let's me get anything but..... a buzzcut usually I get a number 1 on sides and a 2 on top and she's fine with that but I want a 1 all around and one time she did it because I kept bugging her but then she never did it again, that was my favorite haircut out of gelling my hair.. the fades and all that... but if I went to get it buzzed without permission like at another salon then I would ask for a 0 so it would last longer because I can't afford a haircut every week but I really really want a 1 buzz, but my mom says I will look like I just got out of prison but I don't care I loved that cut... and its my own hair? But then they say they like own me and stuff its annoying. Thank you
