How much of what should I feed my baby mockingbird?

Well my dad found this baby mocking bird, doesn't know how to fly yet, and it was destined to be eaten by cats, so he brought it home. I've had it for about 3 or 4 days now, feeding him (Jitterbug), Trout worms( bc they were the smallest worms we could find) , mealworms, red rasberries, and at first(but not anymore) decapitated superworms(or L meal worms). I give him water with a 5 cc syringe, i give him 1 cc of water at a time, and he can't feed himself yet, I'm teaching him. (PS: he is just learning to fly)
