Red swollen foreskin please help !?

well last night i masterbated 3 times and when i woke up this morning my foreskin was very very red swollen and the banjo was red too , i used a shower gell as lubercation , im only 14 and a virgin and i cannot go to my parents about this problem , whats wrong and how do i fix it without them neeeding to find out ?
