Whats wrong with my hair?

My hair is all frizzy and knotty at the ends. I don't know why, because my hair was fine. I have not used any heat only medium warm blo dry this morning. I used moose on my hair a few days ago and gell only on the roots yesterday. I washed my hair, dried it like i said then put it in the bun. i took it out this afternoon and its all horrible :( What shall I do ?
